Boot camp workouts are:
- A great way to burn a lot of calories.
- Efficient - you work your whole body in a short period of time.
- Fun - each exercise is different so you don't get bored.
- Open to any individual without health limitations and some fitness experience, 15 years of age (with legal guardian) and older.
Details: You will need a mat, water to hydrate and a kettle bell, (can be purchased at many local stores or a 1 gallon filled water jug), and a spirit to push yourself and get on the road to taking care of you!
We have changed this class up a bit. You will work at your own station throughout class. We have all necessary equipment but do ask that you bring your own mat to and from class.
You will do circuits of specific exercises that are timed and instructed by Renee'. This class burns tons of calories, work hard or go at your own pace!
Circuit is a great all over workout. You work at your level in timed intervals and different stations. Bring water to hydrate and a mat.
Just like the title says.....This class uses weights to totally sculpt every muscle! Focusing on Core strength. This is open to anyone that is looking to tone and shape. Weights are provided. Please bring your own mat for health reasons.
