YOGA: Gentle stretching and breathing techniques are taught that develop an awareness of your body, mind and spirit through exercise, breathing and meditation. Private one on one sessions are also available. 
 Tues. 8:30-9:30 a.m./ Wed. 9:30-10:30 a.m./Thurs: 8:30-9:30 a.m., / Fri: 8:30-9:30 a.m.


Burn it offt!! This class will change things up, so you will never know what to expect! Bring a mat.  Circuit, weights, core work, you just never know!!!!!! Guaranteed to BURN calories and stress!!

Learn to punch and kick your way to a toned physique in a fun environment. No experience is necessary.

You must bring your own mat and boxing gloves (available at many stores. Purchase 10-12 oz for ladies -12 -16 oz for men, full boxing gloves), for your own health and sanitary issues.
